Ken Kagami`s works is simple yet both distinct and direct. This characteristic threads through a variety of media that Kagami explores, from drawing to installation to sculpture.
The character Milk Man has become a synonymous figure in Kagami’s work over the last decade. It was the initial inspiration for Deerhoofs acclaimed album Milkman, and in turn, this album inspired Naliboff’s surreal ballet performance also titled Milkman.
Kagami has participated in a number of solo and group exhibitions in Japan and abroad including venues in Austria,U.S.A and Denmark.
