Bernie grew up somewhere in the middle of nowhere, where all he had to skate was a small barn with a homemade quarter pipe and maybe some sort of curb. These were restrictive, character-building formative years and no doubt contributed to his ability (and willingness) to skate anything and everything. He’s also a budding chef and viticulturalist, internet gossip fanatic and creator of the BRRRRR-DOOF machine gun high-five.
